Staple Fiber Needle Punched Nonwoven Geotextile For Soil Stabilization
Damage and repair of Geotextile

Geotextile is a kind of polyester needle punched non-woven fabric, which is a permeable geotextile with three-dimensional pore structure formed by repeated needling in nonwoven process. According to different raw materials, it can be divided into staple non-woven fabric and polyester filament geotextile. The raw materials of both are polyester staple fiber or polypropylene staple fiber and polyester chip particle new material respectively. They play a great "power" in various fields such as roads, highways, railways, airport runways, embankment and slope protection.
1: Separation

2: Filtering (filtering)

3: Drainage
Polyester staple fiber needle punched geotextile has good hydraulic conductivity, which can form drainage channels in the soil and mostly enter the soil structure.
The remaining liquid and gas are discharged from the body.
4: Reinforcement
The geotextile is punctured with polyester staple fiber to enhance the tensile strength and deformation resistance of soil, improve the stability of building structure and repair.

5: Protect
When the water is washed by the soil, it can effectively diffuse, transfer or decompose the concentrated stress to prevent the soil from being damaged by external forces, so as to protect the soil.
6: Prevent puncture
Combined with geomembrane, it becomes a composite waterproof and impermeable material, which can prevent puncture.
